Sr. Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a top technical recruiter to formulate and implement strategies that impact Technical/IT recruiting. The technical recruiter will have both candidate and manager interaction, and will carry a wide range of responsibilities across academic and talent attraction.

Role/Responsibilities:

  • Find strategic and creative ways to source Technical/IT talent
  • Use various tools, including Linkedin Recruiter, Boolean Searches, etc. to find candidates
  • Identify and screen technical candidates
  • Interview candidates at various stages of the process
  • Interface and work with Hiring Managers and Engineering Leaders
  • Help create attractive job descriptions
  • Negotiate candidate pay rate to successfully close a high percentage of candidates

Requirements:

  • Must have Masters in Business Adminstration
  • Strong recruiting fundamentals, with an understanding of the full life cycle recruiting process
  • 6+ years of experience in technical/engineering recruiting; academic relationships a big plus.
  • Significant experience negotiating with and selling and closing Technical/IT candidates
  • Strong business acumen, with a firm understanding the web/internet market space
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
