Sr. Technical Recruiter
We’re looking for an experienced technical recruiter to plan and lead how we hire technical and IT talent. You’ll work closely with both candidates and hiring managers, and your work will range from recruiting new graduates to attracting experienced professionals.
What you’ll do
- Find creative ways to source technical and IT talent
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches and other tools to find candidates
- Identify and screen technical candidates
- Interview candidates at each stage of the process
- Work closely with hiring managers and engineering leads
- Help write job descriptions that attract strong candidates
- Negotiate pay rates and close a high share of offers
What you’ll need
- A Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Strong recruiting fundamentals and a solid grasp of the full hiring cycle
- 6+ years of technical or engineering recruiting; relationships with universities and colleges are a big plus
- Significant experience negotiating with and closing technical and IT candidates
- Strong business sense and a firm understanding of the web and internet market
- A proven track record in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
